I wanted to share a picture that was taken before the conference dinner of female engineers only. The picture is titled as “The New Generation of Engineers”. (Click on the image to increase its size and clarity) 

Perhaps it is a good indication that there are lots of young female engineers working on masonry internationally and could be encouraging for young people coming into the field.
