Papers will be published OpenAccess at Fraunhofer Information Centre for Regional Planning and Building Construction (IRB) and will be available to download for free.

Once your paper is accepted for submission, you will gain access to the submission portal. The template for submitting papers is also available for download using the same link.
Important dates
1st September 2025 – Deadline for submission of abstracts
15th October 2025 – Information regarding acceptance or rejection of submissions will be provided (at the latest)
22nd December 2025 – Deadline for submission of papers
16th February 2026 – Information regarding acceptance, rejection or adjustments to papers will be provided (at the latest)
2nd March 2026 – Deadline for early bird registration
