Submitting abstracts is no longer possible; the system is now closed. We received more than 250 abstracts from 41 countries across all continents, and we are looking forward to a solid and highly exciting conference. Our thanks go to all authors — the paper preparation phase is currently underway.

22nd September 2025 – Deadline for submission of abstracts
15th October 2025 – Information regarding acceptance or rejection of submissions will be provided (at the latest)
22nd December 2025 – Deadline for submission of papers
16th February 2026 – Information regarding acceptance, rejection or adjustments to papers will be provided (at the latest)
2nd March 2026 – Deadline for early bird registration
2nd of March 2026 – Notification of final paper acceptance
